Hi!

I’m Holly! I love a good project, whether that be a small DIY or a large renovation. I created this blog to chronicle my home and that many projects we’ve undertaken to update it into this decade. I hope you find something here that inspires you to create in your own home. 🙂

Recently

✨ Good thing it’s just paint! 😂✨ Quick Sunday project turned into a Sunday- Tuesday project but it turned out better than I could have hoped! Follow along for more DIYs! 🙋‍♀️🔨 Color is SW Pinky Beige 😊

✨ Spent my day giving our front door area a little facelift and…I don’t love how it turned out. The green with the black is just reading a little too farmhouse for me which just isn’t really my style. But it looks better than before! Especially without the leaves and acorns iron work storm door. 😂 What do you think?

✨ Every DIY’er is an above average Googler and or YouTube watching specialist. 😂 Who can relate? 🙋‍♀️

No 90’s house would be complete without…

🚿 So far in my life I’ve designed 3 bathrooms (currently working on the 4th). Every one I’ve designed has been very bright and light which I love. But I realized recently that whenever I pictured the current bath in my head, I pictured it dark. I’m ready for a little moody space. Only problem is my selections were all light and bright. 😂 So I pivoted, and did a little redesign starting with the paint color. Head to stories to see what I picked!

✨ DIY honed marble! ✨ I’m taking these polished 12 x 12 tiles that we found seriously discounted and turning them matte to use in our bathroom remodel. Would you ever try it? What do you think? 😊

✨ Throwback to our little kitchen refresh that turned this golden oak paradise into a usable space that doesn’t make me want to avert my eyes. ✨

✨ Custom floating vanity, but also needs a toe kick for an HVAC supply. I gotchu. 😉
